• Contacting applicants by phone and coordinating job interviews
• Conducting initial phone interviews
• Creating and publishing job advertisements on various suitable platforms
• Active sourcing

• You have a degree in psychology, business administration, or a qualification in human resources
• You are communicative, empathetic, a team player, and able to handle stress
• You enjoy solving challenges in a solutionoriented manner
• Ideally, you have some experience in recruiting or sales
