Your responsibilities:

You will handle delinquent debtor claims in the leasing sector and legal cases in collaboration with legal service providers
You will negotiate payment agreements with lessees and monitor them
You will make phone calls and correspond with lessees, lawyers, police and correctional authorities, insolvency administrators, debt counseling services, and other parties involved
You will handle insolvency processing for debtors and creditors and manage estate cases
You will review termination requirements and carry out the termination of leasing contracts
Coordinating and monitoring the securing and return of leased assets will be part of your responsibilities
You will process and create evaluations and reports
You will be responsible for determining jurisdiction for incoming payment orders and lawsuits in the creditor sector, as well as conducting their content review
You will handle enforcement proceedings and carry out enforcement measures

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, with previous experience in leasing or debt management preferred
You have a good understanding of economic and legal relationships
You possess assertiveness, flexibility, and resilience
You enjoy making phone calls and have proficient knowledge of MS Office, with SAP and RA-Micro knowledge preferred
Your structured work style and analytical thinking set you apart
You have excellent German skills and basic knowledge of English
