As part of our international team, you will support your colleagues in the Transactions team by handling customer inquiries, actively managing payments, preparing data, and participating in daily operations.

You will gain firsthand experience of what goes on behind the scenes of a global online marketplace for luxury watches.

What to expect:

You will be an important part of our Customer Relations team, which consists of colleagues from over 15 countries.
You will assist your colleagues in the Transactions team with all paymentrelated processes related to our escrow service.
You will help the team by prequalifying incoming inquiries and preparing necessary information.
This will give you a deep insight into the daily work of Transactions at a global company.
You will play a crucial role in improving customer satisfaction on our marketplace.
