Overview

Responsibilities:


Document Management:

  • Organize and maintain HR documents, including employee records, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in the filing, scanning, and retrieval of documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Time Tracking

  • Monitor and follow up on employee clockins, ensuring accurate and timely attendance records.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to address any discrepancies and ensure compliance with attendance policies.

In-Service Trainings:

  • Coordinate and schedule inservice training sessions for employees, in alignment with HR guidelines and organizational needs.
  • Assist in developing training materials and logistics, and track attendance and feedback.

General HR Support:

  • Provide administrative support to HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in responding to employee inquiries and providing information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
