My Responsibilities

  • You will handle first and second level support requests from our customers, work with and for the customer to find solutions, and access customer systems online.
  • For more complex issues, you will consult with product developers.

My Qualifications

  • You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and are proficient in common Office programs.
  • You are familiar with SQL databases and have experience with MS-SQL Server setup and administration.
  • Good English language skills are a plus.
  • You can maintain composure in stressful situations and enjoy interacting and communicating with people.
  • Ideally, you have a completed education in the IT field, but the position is also suitable for career changers.
