We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Memphis, NE to join their team on a long-term basis.

Your responsibilities as a Sachbearbeiter will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via written and telephone communication
  • Handling complaints and invoices
  • Providing product and tariff advice
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Processing general customer inquiries and change requests
  • Maintaining customer records

Your profile as a Sachbearbeiter:


  • Commercial education
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Proficient in MS Office
The location in the Bochum district is close to Essen, Dortmund, Gelsenkirchen, Witten, Wetter, Ennepetal, Hattingen, Herne, and Castrop-Rauxel.
