is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at our residential care home "Haus Bethanien" in Königsfeld, Santa Rosa, NM as soon as possible.

Part-time work is possible.

Responsibilities:

Performing general nursing, care and household tasks to support the qualified nursing staff
Observing and documenting the general condition of residents, identifying their resources and habits, and passing on this information to the responsible nursing professional
Promoting the quality of life and satisfaction of our residents
Supporting our residents' participation in selfdetermined social life
Collaborating with different professional groups

Qualifications:

Ideally, a qualification as a nursing assistant or a social assistant
Interest and curiosity as a new professional
Ideally, previous experience in nursing
Social competence in dealing with intellectually disabled individuals
Teamwork and organizational skills
Openness to Christian values and identification with the tasks and goals of the Diakonie
