The Jolt Energy GmbH is a Munich-based company founded in 2018 by a team of managers from the automotive and energy technology industries with the goal of breaking traditional conventions of urban charging. At JOLT, we believe that e-mobility will only be successful if there are enough fast charging options available. Our company is building a network of ultra-fast charging stations for electric vehicles in European and North American cities.

We are currently seeking a Remote Operations Engineer Charging Station (m/f/d) to join our experienced team and support us in the operational and technical processes from the beginning, continuously expanding our practical experience.

Main responsibilities:

Monitoring and analysis of our charging station portfolio and ensuring operational processes remotely
Collaboration with our field service technicians and coordination between manufacturers/suppliers/external service providers
Analysis and secure resolution of errors on our charging stations remotely
Configuration and version management of our charging stations
Contributing to the development of a knowledge base for charging station operations
Supporting day-to-day operations by managing and reviewing our hardware and software tools (after internal training)
Assisting with commissioning and maintenance of our charging stations by the field service team
Participating in the continuous optimization of operational processes
