Description

We are a specialized consulting firm in the field of Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO). On behalf of our client from Kreuzwerheim, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Sales Manager (m/f/d) to further expand the Additive Manufacturing division.

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational product management of the AM business unit. This includes close collaboration with the AM technology development department and other development areas.

You will develop a roadmap for the product portfolio of marketable AM solutions based on market requirements and customer needs. This includes monitoring the AM market, analyzing market studies, building suitable customer relationships, and identifying potential sales opportunities.

You will oversee the AM solutions (machine, process, software) throughout the entire product lifecycle (product development, market launch, adaptation, and discontinuation).

In the still-growing AM sector, you will also take on corresponding sales tasks. You will support central marketing at product fairs, advise potential customers, and professionally handle sales processes.

In your interface function between technology and customers, you will keep an eye on industry trends and the competitive landscape, and provide the team with solid knowledge of current business needs.
