The Quick Serve Supervisor will assist the Quick Serve Restaurant Manager in all aspects of the Daubs bingo snack bar and The Market Casino quick service restaurant.

This position is responsible for the oversight of all front-of-house operations, including service culture, training, menu print and digital accuracy, and the beverage program for the quick service restaurants.

Daily the Quick Serve Restaurants Supervisor will oversee the bingo snack bar and quick-serve restaurants and ensure maintain the highest level of We-Ko-Pa Way service and cleanliness at all times.

Work collectively with Quick Service Manager, Executive Chef, and Assistant Director on all menu planning and development. They will ensure all food offerings and food labels are accurate and presentable to a 4-diamond standard. Will perform duties in all casino and resort outlets as designated by business demands. They are responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly training calendars. Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events needed by business demands. Always maintain the highest level of service standards to provide the best dining experience in the area. Our leadership team will demonstrate and promote our We-Ko-Pa-Way Service Culture at all times.

The Quick Service Supervisor will support the Manager in overall operations for both the bingo snack bar and casino quick-serve restaurants.

Will ensure the accuracy of menus, food labels, and product availability at all times in the buffet.


Under the direction of Quick, the Serve Manager will work together to maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly training calendars based on service, food and beverage knowledge, and internal marketing.

Oversees guest satisfaction through team members and guest engagement in quick-serve restaurants.

Fills in as needed to provide outstanding service in the restaurants.


Will be responsible to support and ensure the Manger in the proper training of all servers, cashiers, and busser II and ensures consistency of service at the highest level at all times.

Responsible for overseeing orders and inventory of all snacks, disposables, beer, and wine.


Will work with the manager and the marketing department to ensure a marketing presence for all specials, holidays, discounts, and special offerings through casino marketing.


Will provide "outside the box" thinking on how to work towards the goal of the best quick-serve restaurant in Arizona.

Addresses any food, beverage, or service-related guest issues and utilizes creativity and resources available to maintain optimum satisfaction.

Works in restaurants 90% of the time with a "hands-on" mentality for guest service.

Must be knowledgeable of all health department standards.

Must receive and have a current Food Handlers Card at all times.

Must complete the Management Title IV training through Human Resources

Assists in banquet and catering events for the department including off-site events.

Oversees all beverage-related menus regularly in restaurants and through online resources to ensure 100% accuracy.

Performs other related duties as required by the department.

Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds and push or pull 100.

Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).

Must pass a pre-employment drug test.


WORK CONDITIONS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:

Bend, reach, stand, and walk for 34-66% of the workday.

Eye/hand coordination for 34-66% of the workday.

Exposed to hot/cold temperatures for 34-66% of the workday.

Exposed to dust for 1-33% of the workday.

Sit for 1-33% of the workday.

Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).

While working on the casino floor, the employee is exposed to a high level of noise daily.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Two years as a quick service or a la carte restaurant supervisor.

Strong leadership and communication skills

Self-motivated with attention to detail

4 diamond resort or casino experience required.

Strong analytical skills

Must have the ability to create and maintain a training calendar.

Must have budgetary experience and be able to manage P&L statements, labor, cost of beverage sales, and menu costing.

Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Agilysis, and Strat
