Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Perform various medical procedures such as gastric lavage, spinal tap, and airway management.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and assess patient's condition, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, health coaching, and more.
- Ensure infection control measures are followed at all times.
- Coordinate discharge planning and provide necessary support to patients transitioning from hospital to home.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CA.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of various medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care.
- Fluent Spanish speaker.
