Floraville, a leading global EV brand in the automotive industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Global Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Munich. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and experience managing international teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment management process, gaining a deep understanding of our business and talent needs to identify and select top-tier candidates.
Streamline recruitment procedures, including job postings, resume screenings, interviews, and data analysis, to improve recruitment outcomes.
Maintain and enhance recruitment channels, utilizing various platforms to quickly meet our evolving talent needs.
Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records to uphold organizational standards.
Complete project work and other tasks assigned by the department.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the automotive industry.
