Bonitas Care Group is one of the largest providers in the field of non-clinical intensive care and outpatient care in Germany. We bring together many small companies, with their nursing homes for the elderly and sick, intensive and ventilation care, short-term and day care facilities, children's houses, and offices for outpatient and intensive care, to form a large community with around 4000 employees.

We are currently seeking a
full-time Gardener (m/f/d) to join our team in Herford and surrounding areas.


Your responsibilities:


Your tasks will include performing manual work around our properties, such as expert and high-quality pruning as needed, caring for plantings, trees, and lawns, as well as individual and season-appropriate maintenance of the green areas and carrying out winter services.


What we expect from you:


  • Completed vocational training as a gardener (m/f/d), landscaper (m/f/d), or equivalent qualification (e.g. through several years of professional experience),
    career changers are also welcome
  • Knowledge of green maintenance technology
  • Strong affinity for nature and working outdoors
  • A valid driver's license (Class B)
