Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Maintenance professional to join our team.

As a General Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs
Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
Must have experience with painting and drywall
Fabricate or modify parts as needed
Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems

Requirements:

Must be able to pass Everify, Background check, and a drug screening.
