Your role

  • You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of project managers (m/f/d) in project execution for the renewable energy sector (photovoltaics, modules, etc.)
  • You will develop the team, including conducting all relevant trainings
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and reporting on projects (quality, deadlines, costs, scope)
  • You will act as an innovative driver for the project management team
  • You will also be the point of contact for all internal interface areas
  • You will report to the management team

Your profile

  • A completed technical degree or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as a project manager and team leader
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with a holistic view
  • Excellent IT user skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
  • Technical and business understanding and interest
  • Professional demeanor in challenging situations
  • Excellent German and English skills
