Caregiver for Therapeutic Living Community (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Putting people first: You support the daily lives of residents with chronic mental illnesses as their primary caregiver, according to their individual needs
  • You are a companion: You promote and assist residents in developing their skills, with a focus on practical life training
  • You think holistically: You work closely with family members, legal guardians, work and support areas, social services, and other institutions in the best interest of the residents
  • You are a team player: To ensure quality care, you implement tasks related to quality management and document them

Your profile

  • You have the know-how: You have completed training as a social care worker or educator
  • Or: You have a comparable degree in the health and social sector, equivalent to a psychiatric specialist
  • Bonus points: You have previous experience working with people with mental illnesses or behavioral disorders
  • You have a good understanding: You are familiar with current legal regulations, especially in social legislation
