Your tasks:

  • Support of network migration within the project, core competency transmission technology:
  • As part of the migration team, the employee controls the quality of preparation (including tests) and the quality of follow-up work (including acceptance tests and documentation) during the migration.
  • The employee is responsible for the smooth functioning of the transmission technology before and after the migration, if necessary for error analysis and troubleshooting, as well as for quality assurance, control of acceptance tests and documentation of these tests at a central location (NOC).
  • Operation (2nd line support) of GSM-R BSS components and the deployed transmission technology.
  • As part of the BSS operation team, taking on tasks necessary to maintain smooth operation of BSS components and underlying transmission technology.
  • Creation and quality assurance of documentation for commissioning and operation.

Your profile:

  • Completed training or degree in telecommunications, information technology or electrical engineering.
  • Strong interest in the function of a transmission network and its network components.
  • Experience in handling English technical documentation.
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
