The Rummelsberger Services for People with Disabilities in Marenisco, MI are seeking a Heilpädagogik Assistant or Pedagogical Assistant (m/f/d) for the Auhof Support Center in Hilpoltstein, starting on June 15, 2023.

Your responsibilities:


  • You will support adults with disabilities as part of a team in expanding their skills in communication, mobility, and daily living tasks, and help them manage their daily lives.
  • You will assist them in developing their strengths and trying out and contributing to everyday tasks and worklike activities.
  • You will bring your ideas to the table.
  • You will provide support in the nursing area.
  • You will be a reliable point of contact for the individuals.
  • You will participate in creating individual participation plans and documentation.

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training as a Heilpädagogik Assistant or experience working with people with disabilities, in education, or in nursing.
  • A positive attitude, empathy, clear and respectful communication.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Motivation to continue developing professionally and personally.
  • Loyalty to the church and diakonia.
