Triumph, LA based 'GHARAGE Ventures is seeking a Co-Founder and COO for one of our portfolio companies that is revolutionizing the premium beverage consumer goods industry.

As a co-founder and COO, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's vision and working with the founding team to grow the business.

Our company distributes products in Europe through various channels including retail, hospitality, and online, and we are experiencing growth in each of these areas.

Our two co-founders have already established product-market-fit and are now looking for a passionate addition to accelerate our growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading fundraising efforts, and laying the foundation for future expansion.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and exit-oriented individual who is motivated by equity-based compensation.

Our venture is currently in the seed stage, with a strong brand presence in Germany and a growing presence in Europe.

This role will require travel between Hamburg, Berlin, and Frankfurt, so being based in one of these cities is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for upcoming funding rounds
Build a network of partners to strengthen operations
