Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining files, managing documents, and organizing records
- Preparing and developing offers, including follow-up
- Creating and processing orders
- Preparing production plans
- Creating measurement sheets for further order processing
- Generating delivery documents
- Invoicing and checking payment receipts
- Post-calculation
- Creating documentation and lists
- Supporting project management
- Annual inventory evaluation
- Preparing meetings and taking minutes
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent
- Excellent written and spoken German skills
- Proactive and conscientious approach to problem-solving and customer service
