YOUR TASKS:


  • Working at the dishwasher and sink, properly sorting and storing dishes, cutlery, and other work utensils
  • Cleaning work in the dishwashing area, kitchen, refrigerators, and storage room according to cleaning schedule and instructions from the kitchen crew
  • Collaboration with chefs and waiters
  • Compliance with guidelines in the work area, including occupational safety, HACCP, and legally required guidelines
