ABOUT THE ROLE:
Rightway is a care navigation and pharmacy benefits platform that is changing the way healthcare is delivered for over one million members.
As we enter this exciting phase, we are looking for a visionary marketer to lead our commercial marketing efforts, drive growth, and expand our market presence.
As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for drafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Rightway's commercial goals.
This is a perfect opportunity for a player/coach who is excited to join an organization during a key growth period, continue to build out the commercial marketing function, and make a lasting impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing approaches.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product development, sales, and partnerships to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimize customer journey experiences.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to highimpact initiatives and ensuring ROI on marketing investments. (I.e. Understand when to "do more with less" and when to make strategic investments for scale.)
- Drive the adoption of marketing automation and analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making datadriven decisions to optimize growth.
- Engage with stakeholders to report on marketing progress and align on strategic goals, acting as a dynamic leader within the organization.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role within healthcare.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and analytics tools, specifically Pardot.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders. (i.e., experience working with the sales team to help achieve commercial goals).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
- Keen creative vision, with the capability to oversee design projects and campaigns.
SALARY:
$150,000-180,000
