For more than 20 years, we have been realizing complex projects for network operators and system suppliers and supporting our clients from planning, installation, and commissioning to end customer connection.
Maintenance and troubleshooting services complete our portfolio. For the coming years, we want to continue growing and are looking for you to support our team.What we need your support for:
- You independently support project controlling comprehensively and holistically
- You are responsible for order management, receive and process orders in the ERP system
- You create new projects in the ERP system
- You create and check invoices, as well as credit notes and monitor due dates
- You support in the preparation and completion of monthly financial statements
- You create instructions and guidelines
What sets you apart:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office manager, tax clerk, office clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial training
- You have a broad understanding of numbers and a high affinity for working with numbers
- You have good English skills and can also apply them in writing and speaking
- You have an understanding of databases, as well as very good Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems is desirable
- Independent work, structured thinking, as well as strategic and interconnected thinking round off your profile
