This is office and administrative support work performing complex, varied office support tasks often requiring established skill set which include a solid knowledge of modern office practices and office equipment necessary to perform divergent clerical functions to include knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products including spreadsheets and database systems.
primary telephone coverage for the Office of Human Resources, personnel file management including following procedures for archiving and records management, correspondence with employees and managers regarding procedures, general inquiries, and form requirements.
Other responsibilities include drafting letters, filing, scanning, invoice processing, spreadsheet maintenance, ordering supplies, training/new hire packet assembly, and other general office tasks.
