Are you a passionate planner with a keen eye for detail and quality? Do you want to be part of an interdisciplinary project team at a general planner? Are you looking for a position where you can contribute your expertise and further develop your professional skills? Then this position is exactly what you are looking for To expand our existing team for object planning, we are looking for you to start on March 15, 2024 or at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities:

Independent design and detailed planning of various construction projects, primarily in residential construction.
Presenting designs to clients.
Approval planning based on existing and own designs, as well as according to applicable regulations and client requirements.
Coordination with other departments, clients, and other project participants to ensure a smooth project process.
Assisting with the execution of tenders and awarding of construction services.

Your career: Develop into a specialist planner and, if interested, take on project management responsibilities.

You are:

Experience: Professional experience and routine in planning complex construction projects.

Knowledge: Technical understanding of details, solid knowledge of planning and construction processes in German construction law, HOAI, VOB.

Degree: Completed degree (Diploma Engineer, B.Sc., M.Sc.) preferably in the field of architecture.

IT: Nemetschek Allplan / Revit or another CAD program, ideally an AVA program (Avanti, ORCA, R
