What to expect

First and secondlevel support for IT networks and security software in the education sector
Answering phone calls and qualifying support cases
Directly solving operational problems
Documenting activities in tracking systems such as Jira Service Management
Customer consultation and support for technical integration of products

What you bring

Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Analytical thinking and systematic approach as well as independent work style
High service and customer orientation; as well as independent analysis and determination of solutions based on malfunctions (troubleshooting remote on customer systems)
Confident and friendly handling of customers on the phone
Knowledge of IT infrastructures in the Linux and Windows environment
At least basic knowledge of proxy and firewall
Very good German language skills, at least C1 level
