We are currently seeking a full-time
Catering Agent (m/f/d) for our globally operating client in Frankfurt, Germany.


Your responsibilities:


  • Ensuring proper and timely execution of assigned tasks.
  • Checking assigned customer orders in production and ramp areas.
  • Identifying deviations and ensuring completion of customer orders according to loading instructions.
  • Handing over loaded and checked customer orders to LVG personnel (in terms of quantity and documentation).
  • Compiling and maintaining uptodate and complete check and handover lists.
  • Addressing customer complaints.
  • Checking assigned vehicles for damage, operational condition/safety, and cleanliness.
  • Preparing accident reports and reports on any irregularities during a shift with reporting obligations.
  • Instructing and supervising assigned employees, as well as monitoring the execution of tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene, work, and safety regulations in the assigned area.
  • Performing other reasonable tasks as directed by superiors.

Your profile:


  • Degree in gastronomy or business administration.
  • Professional experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of customer requirements and the complexity of the task.
  • Knowledge of taskspecific work processes, rules, and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of jobspecific IT
