Your Profile

Completed degree or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in operational BPO or Customer Care environments
Knowledge in the areas of call centers, customer processes, and relevant IT systems
Ideally, knowledge in the establishment and connection of service provider structures
Strong customer and results focus
Professional appearance and communication skills
High level of commitment and structured work style
