Position: Senior Product Owner (Berlin, 70% Remote)

Salary: 100k per year

Contract Duration: 18 months

Language Requirement: C1 proficiency in German

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, communicate, and update business models, product visions, roadmaps, and release plans for Braswell.
  • Engage in requirement elicitation with customers, participate in workshops, and contribute to the content design of offers and contracts for Braswell.
  • Manage ongoing product backlogs, formulating user stories with acceptance criteria, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to the team for Braswell.
  • Prioritize user stories in the product backlog to align with business goals for Braswell.
  • Track and maintain transparency regarding product progress for Braswell.
  • Define release schedules, starting with the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for Braswell.
  • Set target costs for development in customer and product projects for Braswell.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, customers, and users for Braswell.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or equivalent.
  • Certification as a product owner or project manager.
  • Extensive experience with Scrum methodologies and relevant tools for Braswell.
