YOUR MAIN TASKS:

  • Telephone support and advice for customers in the field of district and long-distance heating, renewable energies
  • Project management and order processing
  • Representation of our company at trade fairs
  • Customer care and expansion of existing business
  • Creating technical drawings
  • Controller instruction, by phone or on site

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed vocational training as a plumbing, heating and air conditioning technician and technician/master
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner, combined with enjoyment and enthusiasm for customer care
  • High level of initiative, teamwork, communication skills, negotiation skills, structured work approach, good hydraulic understanding
  • Good knowledge of German in spoken and written form
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
