Your tasks

  • Together with your team colleagues, you ensure a wellmaintained branch and a successful shopping experience for our customers
  • Whether it's stocking and presenting merchandise, baking, or operating the cash register: you roll up your sleeves and give your full effort
  • You support the branch manager in their tasks by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing our branch concepts
  • In addition, you take on warehouse, cleaning, and inventory tasks
Your profile

  • Professional experience in retail or a similar industry with (ideally) first leadership experience, for example as a shift leader
  • Team player with a high sense of responsibility and a passion for inspiring and motivating others
  • Fast and efficient work style
  • Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts
