One of our clients is seeking a qualified individual to join their team as a
Quality Controller (m/f/d).

As a member of the team, you will work in the area of aseptic product filling in a cleanroom environment.


Job Description

As a
Quality Controller (m/f/d), you will primarily be responsible for visual quality control and supporting the filling of aseptic products.

You will need to troubleshoot minor issues with semi-automatic or fully automatic machines and ensure that the work area is clean and properly prepared.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual quality control of partially manufactured freezedried and liquid products using a variety of error criteria through manual inspection or semiautomatic or fully automatic equipment.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues with semiautomatic or fully automatic machines (e.g. resetting fallen or jammed bottles, clearing blockages on conveyor belts).
  • Perform inprocess quality control during aseptic product filling in a cleanroom environment (complying with cleanroom class B and C).
  • Prepare work areas using checklists (preparing work area for work release).
  • Supply work area with materials and products required for the job, ensuring completeness and compliance with the work order.
  • Perform cleaning and disinfection activities in compliance with GMP standards.
  • Record all work steps performed.
