Your profile:

Completed training as a
nursing professional (m/f/d):
Ideally with further training as a deputy head of department
Ideally with first leadership experience
PC skills in MS Office desirable
Willingness to work, reliability and flexibility
Sense of responsibility, teamwork and conflict management skills

Your tasks:

Support the head of department in daily operations
Participation in training, onboarding and development of employees
Implementation of the care concept and quality processes
Ensuring and documenting care processes
Basic and medical care for residents
