Description

As Head of Corporate Human Resources, you will serve as the interface between all levels of employees at our German locations, their managers, and the Managing Board.

Your responsibilities will include overall responsibility and coordination of all personnel management at all German locations within the Leschaco Group.

This includes employee recruitment, training and development programs, employee support and development, talent management, engagement, salary policies and payroll, personnel controlling and headcount planning, contract management, and international employee exchange.

You will also be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing HR concepts in close collaboration with other departments such as GHR, OD, Corporate Communication, and the Board.

Additionally, you will proactively and actively support the company's goals through local HR measures and contributions, including individual, project-based, and structural aspects.

You will also serve as a catalyst, coach, and advisor to the management and executives on operational, methodological, and legal personnel matters.

Other responsibilities include continuously improving and optimizing effective HR processes and tools in collaboration with other departments, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and independently managing projects in alignment with the overall company strategy.

You will also maintain constructive and trusting relationships with both senior management and social partners at each location.

Requirements:

At least 10 years of professional experience in various areas
Several years of experience in leading teams and developing direct reports
Strong knowledge and expertise in various aspects of personnel management
University degree and fluent English skills (written and spoken) are advantageous
