The Bavarian Red Cross - public corporation - is one of the largest welfare associations and the leading aid organization in Bavaria.

The district office of the BRK in Ansbach is responsible for the city and district of Ansbach.
Over 4,070 volunteer members are organized in four Red Cross communities.

In addition, currently around 385 full-time employees are employed with us.

Currently, around 1,800 citizens in the city and district of Ansbach trust the BRK emergency call system.

Your tasks:

- technical support for our emergency call system customers
- commissioning of emergency call devices
- technical support and troubleshooting
- recording customer data and creating contract documents

Our requirements:

- sound technical knowledge (ideally in the field of IT/telecommunications)
- experience in the field of electronic information and communication structures
- driver's license class B
- independent and structured way of working
- reliability, commitment and flexibility
