OVERVIEW


Movement Strategy is seeking a
Temp-to-Perm Copywriter to lead ideation and copywriting across clients in the Pacific Time Zone with a specific focus on editorial social content.

You'll work closely with the Creative Director and Business Strategy team to pitch concepts that drive content production and write social copy including organic posts, paid copy, and reactive content.

Elements of community management will also be a major part of this role.

KEY FOCUS AREAS
As a copywriter, you'll work closely with our Creative Director to conceptualize, write and shepherd through content.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Diving into UGC for the brand daily for inspiration Monitoring daily social trends for reactive content opportunities
  • Responding to and cultivating conversations on content to grow an engaged community
  • Writing captions for social channels including TikTok Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Conceptualizing on larger, campaignlevel ideas and content
  • Sourcing UGC based on creative guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS + KEY FOCUS AREAS

  • 35 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Minimum oneyear agency experience preferred
  • Thorough understanding of social platforms and their strengths
  • Your attention to detail is unmatched — consistency in messaging, brand hashtags, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, spelling, style, and clarity is key

SALARY & COMPENSATION


In compliance with local and state law, we are disclosing the compensation for roles that will be performed in New York City, Colorado, and California.

The range listed is just one component of Movement Strategy's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short
- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.


A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, years of relevant experience, qualifications, and certifications or other professional licenses held.

Hourly Range:
$45-53 per hour
