    This position can sit in our San Diego, Chicago, Baltimore, Wilmington, or Washington DC office and offers a hybrid work schedule.

    As a key contributor within Marketing Operations, and under the supervision of the Marketing Operations Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders to support various digital marketing delivery activities throughout the Americas region. The position requires a highly organized, self-starter, with a variety of hands-on digital marketing skills including, but not limited to, email marketing, database management, analytics reporting and ongoing process improvement. This individual must be able to collaborate with colleagues within various practices, sectors, marketing, business development, administrative and executive teams to help achieve their business objectives.

    Minimum Requirements:


    • High School Diploma


    • 2 years' experience in a professional services firm, digital shared services role, B2B marketing agency, or equivalent


    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment


    • Strong written and verbal English language communications skills


    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint


    • Experience with image editing application such as Photoshop


    • Ability to work in virtual teams and collaborate online

    Preferred Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field


    • Previous law firm experience


    • Hands-on use of Vuture email marketing platform as well as InterAction CRM system


    • Basic HTML coding and Photoshop skills


    • Hands-on experience using a content management system (Sitecore a plus)


    • Experience working within a social media marketing platform


    • Experience with Google Analytics or similar

    What will your day look like?

    As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you will use InterAction and Vuture to build and disseminate external email campaigns following best practices and standards. You will build and publish landing pages using established templates and components within the system. You will generate email marketing lists using the Firm CRM system, InterAction following best practices and standards to segment and build targeted mail lists in Vuture.

    You will provide 'virtual event' support as required. You will perform QA on all new or updated landing pages, email messages to ensure all digital content adheres to Firm digital, brand, and accessibility standards. You will provide marketing survey support using Firm survey solution as required. You will pull basic data reports. You will track all projects and tasks within Marketing Central tracking system, ServiceNow; proactively share progress updates with stakeholders, and provide ad-hoc project assistance to marketing operations as needed. You will develop, maintain, and optimize documentation (workflows, processes, procedures, etc.) while also utilizing firm collaboration platforms to collaborate with relevant colleagues and stakeholders.     Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

    Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

    The expected pay range for this position, if hired to work in San Diego is $ $48.46 per hour. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate's geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
