    Description

    Addison Group's client is seeking a Membership Services Coordinator to join their team in Washington, DC The Membership Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the efforts of the Membership Department. This is a contract-to-hire role that starts at $18/hour.

    Job Description:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
    • Process members and dues
    • Provide feedback to customer service supervisors
    • Demonstrate expert knowledge of products and services
    • Make cross-selling recommendations
    • Maintain knowledge of current education materials
    • Process payments
    • Provide technical and online support to members and customers
    • Update the membership database
    • Create new accounts in database
    • Assist with the processing of new membership applications
    • Coordinate with other staff members

    Qualifications:

    • 3 years of relevant experience, non-profit experience is a plus
    • Minimum education of Associate's degree required or equivalent experience
    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, open to other languages besides Spanish
    • Must be familiar with Membership Databases and Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
    • Must have a strong attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Must have impeccable communication skills
