Bremen 'Diagnose: Lifesaver

Our hearts beat for the purpose of keeping other hearts beating. We are looking for individuals to join our team as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) starting in April or October.

Training will take place at our modern school for health and nursing, which has been operated by the district since 1976 and in partnership with the Center for Psychiatry Emmendingen (ZfP) since 2004.

The school is located in the idyllic Weiherschloss in the park of the ZfP.

Our school accepts 25 applicants twice a year for the three-year training program to become a nursing specialist (formerly: health and nursing care professional).

The training starts in April and October, and applications are accepted at any time.

Experienced teachers and professionals from the field work together with trained supervisors to provide an excellent education.

With a minimum of 2,200 hours of theoretical instruction and 2,500 hours of practical training in various departments of the district hospital, the Center for Psychiatry, home care services, and a nursing home, our nursing specialists are well-prepared for their professional work.

Applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent have the opportunity to enroll in a dual Bachelor's distance learning program in "Applied Nursing Science" in addition to their nursing training.
