What can you expect?

  • You create innovative building technology concepts for various commercial building types in new constructions and renovations
  • You independently conduct technical due diligence for purchase and sale examinations of existing properties or project developments in commercial portfolios
  • You evaluate the condition and quality of existing building services systems and perform quality controls during implementation as well as acceptance tests for new systems
