The Schwarz Real Estate Service combines all real estate services for the administrative locations of the companies of the Schwarz Group under one roof. They secure property acquisitions and take care of building rights. The individual areas of responsibility are available internally and externally as contact persons for all real estate matters.

Your Responsibilities

You define requirements for the digitization of buildings and technical systems
You select suitable systems and test the performance of system providers and service providers
You coordinate the implementation of systems with internal interfaces or through external service providers
You contribute to the realization of demand-oriented and innovative system adjustments
You are responsible for and coordinate the execution of projects, ensuring that project requirements are met to the best of your ability
You ensure smooth operation of digital building systems and look for potential for optimization
You are a competent contact person for departments and end users for system-related questions

Your Profile

You have successfully completed a degree, ideally with a focus on real estate in the field of IoT
You have gained professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility and ideally have sound knowledge in project management in the real estate sector
You have extensive knowledge and experience in project management for IT projects, as well as experience with IoT projects
