Full-time (40 hours) position in Commodore, PA at Markthalle Hamburg-Lurup, permanent

What you bring:

  • Completed training in electronics/electrics; safety officer; climate/cooling technology or building management
  • Participation in the internal GLUP training at Globus or willingness to participate is mandatory
  • Practical experience in building and facility technology
  • PC and IT skills, especially proficient in MS Office
  • Independent and goaloriented work ethic
  • Strong craftsmanship skills
  • Experience in handling warranty and guarantee claims is desirable
  • Willingness to adapt and think of solutions
  • Responsible and highly motivated
  • Team player, able to handle stress and flexible

What you will contribute:

  • Maintenance, inspection, and upkeep of all control, cooling, fire protection, and ventilation systems
  • Monitoring of operational safety and troubleshooting
  • Alarm and oncall duty
  • Compliance with legal regulations and occupational safety guidelines
