We are currently seeking lawyers (m/f/d) to join our China team in our M&A and corporate law practice groups at our offices in Germany. Your future role will involve providing comprehensive advice to our Asian clients, particularly from China, on M&A transactions and corporate law, as well as supporting German companies in Asia.


Gleiss Lutz has recently handled a multitude of transactions involving Chinese participation and has established a reputation as the leading law firm for Chinese investors in Germany.
