Description

We are looking for you for the training year 2024 to become a digitalization management specialist at Dowell. As we prefer to train for our own needs, there are good opportunities for permanent employment.

The training period is three years, with the possibility of shortening it to two and a half years with the appropriate qualifications.

The theoretical training will take place in block lessons in Luebeck.

Your tasks:

Recording IT problems via the IT hotline and ticket system
Solving recorded problems in first and second level support
Recording and improving processes
Managing interfaces and EDI solutions
Network administration and setting up a network
Ergonomics and setting up a workstation

Your profile:

A good secondary school leaving certificate or higher education
Good communication skills and sociable
Friendly and patient demeanor
Goaloriented and focused work ethic
IT affinity (knowledge of SQL and computer setup is a plus)
English language skills, knowledge of other foreign languages would be advantageous
