For the Lake Bluff location, we are looking for a Nursing Department Manager (m/f/d) to join our team on October 1st, 2024 as part of our succession planning.

About us:

Our nursing department consists of:

  • 300 beds; approximately inpatient and emergency patients
  • Specialties: Anesthesia, Intensive Care Medicine and Pain Therapy, General and Visceral Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, Radiology, Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery, Spinal Surgery
  • State-of-the-art recovery room with 12 beds
  • Modern intensive care unit with 14 newly equipped beds; invasive and non-invasive ventilation therapy, hemofiltration, high-flow oxygen therapy, ILA, ECMO
  • Telemetry and intermediate care unit with a total of 10 beds, equipped with monitoring, arterial pressure measurement, and high-flow oxygen therapy
  • 8 operating rooms with approximately surgeries per year
  • Nursing experts for oncological care, wound therapy, dementia, and palliative care
