High School Receptionist
Receptionists at One Bright Ray Community High School serve as integral members of each campus' team of faculty and staff.
Receptionists are members of the Student Services Team and work collaboratively with administration, the Emotional Support Team, teachers, and other staff members.

The primary responsibilities of the OBRCHS Receptionists are the following:
- Responsible for handling, answering and transferring of all incoming telephone calls.
- The Receptionist is the first direct contact with anyone coming to the campus to inquire about student enrollment, or any questions pertaining to the school.
- Responsible for managing the school store as needed.
- Responsible for fulfilling all teacher copy requests on a daily basis.
- Responsible for generating student reports from PowerSchool in regards to any missing student documents in their permanent files, such as, the physical, dental, and the immunization forms for all the enrolled students.
- Assists other members of the Student Services team in issuing daily student late passes, during the student arrival.
- Will provide the teachers with classroom materials such as pink slips and passes.
- Responsible for processing, with administration, approval for all early dismissals.
- Responsible for managing and keeping track of all logs
- Bathroom, Visitor, Modified student logs.
- Responsible for documenting all Early Dismissals in PowerSchool.
- The OBRCHS Receptionist is part of a collaborative student service team of the One Bright Ray, Inc. Accelerated School Model. All duties listed above will be supported by the organization's leadership team, and Receptionists are expected to make strong efforts to communicate and carry out the duties listed above and seeks assistance when needed._
Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
