Career Consulting Partners has partnered with an ambitious roofing company. We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to further the company's growth.

This position offers a generous base pay and commission structure.

We do not engage in cold calling because all our leads are sourced from a highly effective organic marketing structure.

Our business model, which includes in-house financing for homeowners, makes this position very lucrative and achievable.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Identify and aggressively pursue new customer opportunities by calling hot digital marketing leads
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by unleashing your killer instinct and relentless drive to win.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products/services with clarity and conviction. Leave prospects no choice but to say yes
  • Use your exceptional negotiation skills to close deals at optimal terms for our company.
  • Develop and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a fastpaced and competitive environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
