We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our Event Operations team at our Düsseldorf location as soon as possible.


What we offer you:


  • You will be responsible for handling correspondence with speakers and participants and assisting with scheduling with speakers.
  • You will support in the reissue of existing trainings, seminars, and further education programs (digital/live).
  • You will make organizational arrangements with locations during the preparation phase of a live event.
  • You will create sophisticated digital and physical documentation.
  • Setting up, planning, and coordinating various video conferencing tools for digital trainings.
  • Creating technical requirements and managing audiovisual equipment.
