Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders in the system. You will ensure timely and accurate order processing, coordinating with various departments and external partners such as shipping companies. This includes creating necessary export documents while adhering to export and import regulations.

Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels of export goods and support demand planning in direct coordination with international sales offices and customers.

You will also serve as the main point of contact for customer complaints regarding deliveries and work together to find the best solutions.

Lastly, you will be responsible for creating and improving reporting for our delivery service.


Your Profile:

You are well-prepared for these tasks if you have completed a commercial apprenticeship.

In addition, you have previous experience in international order processing or customer service and have good English skills? Perfect Ideally, you also have basic knowledge of customs and foreign trade.

You are familiar with common MS Office applications and have experience with SAP and SAP GTS. Personally, you stand out with your independent, solution-oriented, and reliable work style and enjoy working in a team.
