Description
We are currently seeking several motivated and communicative employees (m/f/d) to provide competent support for BMW drivers in Pierron, IL in using Connected Drive applications.
Your tasks will include:
- Assisting customers with usage issues
- Explaining the functionality of the offered apps
- Activating users, mobile devices, and additional features
- Consulting with specialists for more complex inquiries and providing feedback to the customer
